For new/virgin plastic raw material,we suggest use nitriding ones. For material with glass fiber less than 15%~30%,we suggest to do bimetallic screw and barrel. For material with glass fiber more than 30%,we suggest to do tungsten bimetallic screw and barrel. 5.How about the guarantee of screw barrel?And life time? Our normal guarantee is one year after date of departurement.Sometime,depends on real raw plastic material. Life time is about 3~5 years for extruder Single Screw Barrel,and around 20,000 work hours for PVC material. Mostly,depends on real raw plastic material. 6.How to give good service?
